Are delivery services available?

Yes. We deliver island-wide within Singapore at a flat rate of $15. Should the recipient not be at the delivery location at the selected time slot, the customer would have to pay an additional $15 for re-delivery.

Delivery time slots are as follow: 

10am-5pm

5pm-10pm

 

Can we do self-collection?

Self-collection is available via appointment. The location is at Queenstown. Full details will be given upon confirmation of orders.

What payment methods are available?

For credit and debit card payments, you may wish to place your order via our website.

For Bank Transfer/PayNow payment, kindly place your order via WhatsApp.

What is your return policy?

We may consider doing an exchange if the bouquet is not up to standard i.e. flowers wilting badly upon delivery. We will not, however, exchange a bouquet if there are no apparent defects with the flowers. Dolce Mazzo reserves the right to decline any requests for exchange or refund. In the event of an exchange or if the recipient is not at the delivery location at the selected time slot, the customer would have to bear an additional $15 for the return trip.

How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

It is advisable to place your order at least 3 days before the actual day. For urgent orders, you may contact us at 8752 5487.

Do you offer customisation services?

Absolutely. Give us a call or WhatsApp us at 8752 5487. Let us know your preference or send us a photo of a certain bouquet/arrangement that you would like us to replicate. We will try our best to customize it.

Will there be a refund if I cancel my order?

We do not accept any cancellation or refund of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us 24 hours in advance before the date of delivery.
